Top 8 Ways to Fix Google Play Store Not Working on Samsung Galaxy Phones

Samsung Galaxy phone users get two different app stores: Play Store and Galaxy Store. You will have to rely on Play Store if you are looking to explore a huge library of apps and games. It’s annoying when Play Store refuses to open on your Samsung Galaxy phone.

1. Force close the Play Store

You can never go wrong with a simple reboot. So, you should first force stop the Play Store app and then open it again. Here’s how.

Step 1: Long press the play store icon and tap the info icon to open its app info.

2nd step: Tap the Force Stop option at the bottom and tap OK to confirm.

Open Play Store again and see if it works normally.

2. Clear Play Store cache
